We’re looking for a talented Campaign Developer to join our Campaign Team reporting to Melinda Csomák. You love Marketing Automation and have what it takes to bring our CLM marketing to the next level through using data, automation and personalization. You will build complex, personalized and data driven customer journeys across channels as email, push notifications and in-app messaging. In this role you will work side by side with the CLM team to realize the ambition of delivering connected customer journeys that provide a personalized experience for all our customers worldwide.
As a Campaign Developer – Marketing Automation, you will be part of our New Marketing Automation Team. The MA team provides direction and solutions to further build and expand our global and highly scalable marketing technology landscape.
The services that the MA-team owns, and supports are: BigQuery, SA/GA360, ETL orchestrators, CDP, DWH and ESP.
We make an impact through combining data & technology and to develop smart automations on vital business & marketing processes.
What will I do:
As a Campaign Developer, you build complex automated and personalized customer journeys for email, push notification and in-app messaging, create new functionalities in our ESP and CDP to better target and communicate with our customers all over the world, and ensure we maximize the use of customer data in all our marketing programs.
You will also find creative and smart ways to make our marketing programs more targeted and scalable, take personalization on all customer touchpoints to the next level, and own the technical side of email and app journeys.
Connecting tooling via API and webhooks to exchange valuable and relevant customer data between our martech tools and optimizing and automating processes in our marketing tooling will be part of what you will be doing as well.
What you have:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation software, preferably Selligent Marketing (ESP) and Blueconic (CDP)
Great HTML/CSS skills to build responsive email templates and dynamic building blocks
In depth knowledge of SQL for data selections and database management across multiple sources
The ability to solve difficult business challenges by decomposing them and providing clear solutions
A mobile first mindset
A proven track record in building complex data driven customer journeys across multiple channels such as email, push notifications and in-app messaging
A positive attitude and a winner mentality with a love for change, that is in our DNA
