The Role

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience in running successful international digital multi-channel campaigns in another international scale-up to build and organize best in class end to end promotions within our Brand, Campaign and Communication team, led by our Director of Brand & Communications Ross Cumming.

Job requirements

What will I do?

  • Lead our long term digital campaign strategy.
  • Responsible for developing, planning and implementing our overall customer and partner marketing strategies across multiple channels to deliver best in class e-commerce focused end to end promotions as part of a 12-week rolling campaign calendar
  • Lead day-to-day decision making on consumer campaigns and partner marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to deliver multi-channel promotional and awareness driven campaigns across all digital media channels and organise post-campaign analysis to carry learnings through to future campaigns.
  • Optimising the planning process and ensuring operational efficiency & campaign marketing success to achieve our total company goals with a “Play as One” mentality.
  • Lead briefing processes with the Creative and localisation teams
  • Work closely with our Corporate PR & Comms team
  • Manage one direct report and seek solutions to scaleable grow our campaign team.

What you have


  • 5+ years of experience in running successful international ecomm digital multi-channel campaigns in another international scale-up; 1-2 years in a lead position preferred
  • You are eager to change the status quo and embrace innovation with a curious mindset. Make courageous decisions, searching for new ways to shape the future
  • A pragmatic and strategic mindset with a hands-on mentality - you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and have the ability to think about the bigger picture
  • A creative team player that knows how to set up a cross-functional campaign team and motivate colleagues.
    Experienced in partner marketing working closely to build relationships with brand partner marketing teams to achieve partner marketing promotions & campaigns
  • Experienced in driving & delivering successful (digital multichannel) campaigns, including defining concepts, strategy, business cases and analytical reporting
  • Have brilliant stakeholder management skills; you communicate clearly, timely and effectively across your campaign team & the company. But it doesn't stop there; you are a real people person
  • A good understanding of current marketing trends
