Your contribution to our mission

As CRM Specialist, you will work in our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Team. Together we execute the complete customer contact strategy. Next to RECHARGE.com, you also manage our local heroes’ brands like beltegoed.nl, guthaben.de and recharge.fr. You will target various customer segments around the world, for different labels in different languages. You will have an active role in shaping our email and push message strategy.

Job requirements

Your non everyday talent on day to day challenges 
You will work on responsibilities like: Plan, set-up and execute data driven email campaigns. And in the nearby future: push message campaigns, both triggered and scheduled.

 

  • Deliver a personalization plan, that combines scale with relevancy
  • Create an email campaign calendar that ensures local relevancy for customers and drives CLV
  • Ensure we have the best deliverability scores in the industry
  • Actively search for new opportunities to improve our data driven journeys, email focused
  • Extend and optimize our automated customer lifecycle program
  • Report & monitor channel performance on agreed KPI’s
  • Build and execute a clear A/B test plan
  • Help us to set-up and migrate to a new marketing automation solution

Furthermore, you have the right experience with email marketing and marketing automation that will help us step our game up. Communication and stakeholder management comes natural to you, as you love to collaborate cross departments.

 

  • Min. 3-5 year’s experience with email marketing
  • Strong knowledge of push messaging
  • Hands on experience in using marketing automation software like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Selligent marketing cloud
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL is preferred
  • A love for customer experience, an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to any task performed.
  • A creative mind and a commercial drive
  • You challenge the status quo, come up with new hypotheses, you prove them right or wrong and act upon
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • A open mind & love for change to embrace new ideas, new ways of working, new cultures in our ultimate international workspace
  • Great accountability & ownership that enables you to go the extra mile to solve any email marketing related matter
