The role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Content Team to support crafting our online campaigns, working closely with the CRM and Campaign team. Your job will be a crucial part in the retention strategy of Recharge.

Job requirements

What will you do:

  • Assist in crafting digital marketing campaigns, product launch materials, and supporting artwork for our online stores/apps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Contribute to the global asset libraries, ensuring systematic and scalable design.

  • Produce visually appealing work that aligns with company objectives and enhances our brand across multiple platforms.

  • Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, UX designers, and developers to execute creative projects.

  • Take part in brainstorming sessions and provide fresh ideas to drive our creative vision forward.

  • Receive and incorporate feedback from peers and senior team members to refine your designs.


What you have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design with a proven portfolio of work to share on application.

  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, composition, colour theory, and branding.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.

  • Passionate about visual design and digital advertising.

  • Able to take ownership of a creative brief and present work back to non-creatives.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with experience working with/ in a digital scale-up, demonstrated by the ability to get things done in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe CS & Google Docs.

  • Knowledge of motion design, video editing, or illustration is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
