We are looking for an International Expansion Manager who wants to join our adventure and support us in our ambition to become the global market leader in prepaid credit recharge.

About expanding

Currently as the European market leader in prepaid credit recharge and with fast growth in North America, our ambitions are high, with the aim to become the global market leader. On the horizon we have ambitions to expand into new regions such as South America, Asia and the Middle East, through working with both local and international brands in the region.

Job requirements

Your experience

  • Knows e-commerce and online marketing
  • Acts as an international business owner and is truly interested to understand new cultures, new consumer demands and market dynamics
  • Easily connects with others in a commercial environment
  • Is accountable for commercial performance in multiple countries
  • Keeps the balance between strategic planning, research and running the shop
  • 3-5 years experience

What will you be working on?


Prepare the launch of a country

  • Perform market research: market potential, competition, local knowledge
  • Investigate to recommend local and global assortment, pricing, service levels and define shop requirements for localization
  • Partner with Legal & Compliance and Fraud & Payment to adjust our global setup to local requirements
  • Create the marketing plan together with the specialized marketing teams
  • Prepare and coordinate all building activities with Project Manager Launch to get the shop ready
  • Implement and test all defined launch requirements
  • Prepare all marketing activities and set up the country dashboarding


Run the business

  • Launch the country with marketing activities with the Performance Marketing team & Marketing Agency
  • Drive performance on KPIs
  • Monitor assortment, payments and fraud performance
  • Proof the commercial success of the country
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Grow the customer base


Your contribution to our mission

As our International Expansion Manager, you will work in our Expansion Team, expanding into new countries and regions. You will be directly contributing to the strategic goals of the company: expanding our business worldwide and becoming the #1 player for topping up credit. You will be taking ownership of the roll-out of multiple countries in different stages, from researching to running the business in a newly launched country. 


Our goal is to grow even further in Europe and set our first steps in other regions. You might be taking on a region (eg Scandinavia, Eastern Europe) and with your curiosity you will find out all about those countries. You translate that to improvements in the shop and in our marketing efforts.

You are successful when we meet our pre-set growth targets in a country and you get a rush of seeing ‘your’ country outgrow those goals!
