We’re looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our Technology Team. You will have the opportunity to establish, refine, and evangelise our internal IT mission.The IT team supports Rechargers in Amsterdam and Lisbon. As we scale up Recharge, there’s a tremendous opportunity to scale our internal tooling, security, and efficiency toward our world class aspirations.
What you'll do...
Managing the internal servicedesk and collaborating with all departments within Recharge.com to deliver best in class IT support to your colleagues, from hardware and networking to applications and security, and everything in between
Acting as project manager for IT Operations topics, like implementing fast on- and offboarding procedures and scaling existing policies, procedures and tooling
Developing and implementing the asset management strategy
Auditing the licensing and software purchases spend
Ensuring safe and secure usage of Recharge assets
Taking ownership of the data retention strategy
Taking ownership of the IT security strategy
Grow the team to be multi-location
Managing and building out existing and new IT vendor relationships
Hands on support when required for complex technical inquiries
What you’ll bring...
3+ years of experience in a system administration role incl. defining/ leading IT support strategy
Experience running projects as a IT Operations project manager
Experience managing IT vendor relationships
Experience scaling up an IT organisation in a growth company
Experience with IT service management (Windows and Apple), Google Suite & Jira, 2nd/3rd line IT office support experience
Implementation of on-boarding/off-boarding policies
Understanding of network technologies, WiFi and internet connectivity
Experience with endpoint security
Team player with a can do attitude
Nice to have...
Asset management system implementation
