The Role

We seek an experienced IT Systems Engineer proficient in managing Windows and macOS environments. Our team extensively supports users in Amsterdam (HQ) and Eindhoven. With Recharge's expansion, there's a notable opportunity to enhance our internal toolkit, bolster security protocols, and improve operational efficiency as we pursue excellence.


You’ll provide comprehensive support for our Office IT environment, collaborating closely with the IT Lead to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service across all areas. Proficiency with tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint is essential to meet and set high standards at Recharge. This role reports directly to the IT Operations Manager, Wikus du Toit.

Job requirements

What will I do?

  • Device Management & Security: Manage and administer macOS and Windows devices, using MS InTune and Kandji to enhance MDM capabilities and fortify endpoint security. Intermediate knowledge of InTune (or similar certification) and strong familiarity with macOS/Windows environments are required.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to integrate new architecture into the existing infrastructure, focusing on optimising Okta solutions for secure and efficient access management. Experience in cross-functional projects and stakeholder communication is preferred.

  • Okta Solutions Implementation: Actively participate in implementing and maintaining Okta solutions to strengthen security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including SOC 2 and/or GDPR.

  • Efficiency & Compliance Initiatives: Contribute to ongoing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maintain compliance with industry standards. Familiarity with security frameworks or compliance requirements is beneficial.

  • On-Site Support: Offer hands-on, in-office support during office hours.

  • Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute valuable insights into improving IT operations.


What you have

  • Minimum of four years of experience in IT administration, with demonstrated proficiency in MS InTune, Kandji, Okta & Google Workspace.

  • Intermediate-level certification or equivalent experience in MDM solutions & endpoint security.

  • Some background in regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR) and security frameworks (PCI and NIS2).

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Fluent English is a must, and other languages are a plus.
