The Role

Are you experienced with Cloud Computing, Data Modelling, Marketing tools suite, Customer data and personalization, and you fancy working on scaling up the platform that will dominate the world of branded payments? 

Then we really need your help to make it happen.

Job requirements

What will I do?

  • Understand and build lean data connections, make data available for key stakeholders

  • Build, test, deploy and monitor new automations that enable smarter, efficient and more effective marketing processes

  • Challenge existing automations and come up with creative improvements for them

  • Review, test, and deliver changes to our production systems, and monitor the technical impact of it for the end-user. You monitor our systems, address arising issues to relevant internal stakeholders and take the lead in finding scalable, robust solutions

  • Explore the business processes together with stakeholders, propose automation solutions, estimate the impact and benefits of implementing them for the business

  • Be responsible for the marketing tooling suite, ensure that our setup is efficient and provides the right answers to all use cases in channels, customer & performance related areas

  • Ensure the data setup and quality matches stakeholders expectations for taking action and business decisions

  • Build and own the one customer view, aggregating all data sources into one place. Develop plans to enrich it for enabling more use cases for marketing activities

  • Develop the ability to identify customers across different platforms, devices and find solutions to connect it all in one place. Build and own the one customer view, and develop plans to enrich it for enabling more use cases for marketing activities

  • Take ownership of the data enabling personalization programs in channels

  • Manage a team of 3 and help all teams member develop and grow


What You Have

  • Solid knowledge of programming languages like Python, HTML and SQL. CSS is a plus. Solid knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms

  • The ability to solve difficult business challenges by decomposing them and lead the team by example. Ability to be hands-on to solve problems if needed

  • The ability to understand where the business value is in any project, and envision building solutions that make an impact. We look for impact, not perfection

  • The belief that technology is an instrument to solve business problems, and therefore it does not stand alone as a self-fulfilling prophecy. You would like to be surrounded by people with this pragmatic mindset

  • Strong data modelling skills

  • Solid understanding of the common principles and practices that lay the ground for the best data solutions

  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using workflow management tools

  • Experience building and operating services in a public cloud (i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Experience in building customer one view, used across multiple channels

  • Experience in marketing channels and tools, i.e. GA4, SA360, email tools and such

  • A pragmatic - customer-centric - approach to software design. You’re aware of commonly applied design concepts and principles, and able to express your point of view to get people along with you during design discussions

  • Team experience of minimum 1-2 years

4. Assignment & Second interview: Some roles involve a case study. Great! It’s your chance to shine and show us you have what it takes. You’ll present your case study to the Hiring Manager and someone from the team

5. Third Interview: You’ll meet with a key member of the management team
