The Roleđź’ˇ

We are looking for someone that has got a thing for optimizing, structure progress and you are always eager to learn new things in order to create growth, increase efficiency and ROI. You are a data-driven person with a strong analytical sense to bring our key paid marketing channels to the next level. You have got a strong commercial drive and keep yourself up to date with the latest developments when it comes to search and display online marketing. You know how to lead, grow and challenge a team of ambitious experts.

As our Paid media team lead, you will lead all developments to bring our setup to the next level of complexity, build automation and focus on improving performance cross the board. In other words, you will build the right system and processes within the team and all other stakeholders so that we accelerate growth in a scalable setup.


You would take ownership of the full traffic acquisition coming from the paid media activity, relying strongly on paid search, as well as taking ownership of major projects that would benefit the whole program. We have already built significant automation processes, and we ambition to keep building the right processes to scale faster while delivering outstanding performance. You would also take ownership of this part to deliver solid solutions that answer our main challenges for growth and efficiency.

Job requirements

What will I do? 🤔

  • Planning, management and measurement of all paid media campaigns for all markets across different search engines, campaign types and languages

  • Identify and act on high impact opportunities

  • Build our learnings library: Help the team organize and execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve growth and a maximum return on investment on paid media campaigns

  • Improve our monitoring and reporting systems of all markets considering different strategies and maturity levels

  • Build a great understanding of products & competition in all markets together with paid traffic activity

  • Understand and leverage competitor advertising strategies and plan appropriate responses

  • Own budget and forecast of your activity

  • Take ownership of key areas around data, reporting and automation, helping shape the next level of complexity

  • Review and design new optimization processes – implement them within the team

  • Help the team grow sharing your experience – participate in educating various stakeholders on our activity

  • Enhance the use of our tools to maximize their benefits

  • Develop collaboration with other teams in the company

  • Develop outstanding relationship with various stakeholders and external partners

  • Structure the plan of growth of each team member and implement the follow up structure

  • Develop and grow a team of great talents


What you have 💪🏻

  • Min. 8 years experience within PPC in complex environment

  • Min. 3 years leading a team with proven track record of excellent results

  • Master bidding tools and all bidding strategies

  • Very strong SEA background and experience

  • Proven experience of campaign automation through concrete implementations and feed-based campaigns

  • Long term vision for “building the right thing”, ability to elaborate projects, specs, and discuss with tech teams

  • Love for numbers, an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to any task performed. You challenge the status quo, come up with new hypotheses, make plans to test them.

  • Open minded & love for change to embrace new ideas, new ways of working, new cultures in our awesome international workspace

  • Great accountability & ownership that enables you to go the extra mile to solve any PPC-related matter

  • Ability to manage all stakeholders & expectations
