Job description
About Startselect
Startselect is the ultimate one-stop-shop for all gaming needs. We offer quick and easy access to top-ups, game credits, and releases. Our reliable digital platform ensures gamers spend more time playing and less time dealing with hassles of topping up their credit. As part of the Recharge Group, we’re committed to making prepaid gaming simple and fun.
If you’re passionate about gaming and want to help others enjoy it too, Startselect is the place for you.
The Role
We are looking for a SEA specialist with (agency) experience! Collaborating closely with two PPC colleagues and an extensive marketing squad, you'll play a pivotal role in driving high-converting traffic to our web and app platforms. As a team you will ensure that Startselect and our products are optimally findable. By showing relevant and competitive ads in more than 20 countries, your aim is to attract as many as new customers while keeping the cost over revenue targets in mind.
Your challenge lies in the scalable rollout of the SEA strategy. Your focus will be on analyzing how each product group performs in the different countries. Together with the team you will discuss the development of new countries and product groups, automation of the operation and bid management to upcoming promotions. You will ensure that we meet the targets but at the same time optimize each PMC independently.
What will you do?
Dive deep into our existing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts to enhance performance.
Execute a paid search strategy that aligns with the objectives of the Recharge family, ensuring scalable success.
Oversee and predict global PPC budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Perform ongoing A/B testing and data-driven optimization of campaigns
Coordinate closely with other team members to plan campaigns, create text and creatives, etc.
Actively participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews with stakeholders from various departments to share insights and strategies.
Keep abreast of the latest trends, developments, new betas and limitations of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other search engines.
