The Role

We’re looking for a talented Product Operations & Launch Lead to join our Category & Buying Team, one of the key pillars of Recharge’s future growth, and report to our Category & Buying Director, Jeroen Siegerink.

The role of Product Operations & Launch lead is a combination of Project Management and Product Operations. Leading a team of 3 Delivery Specialists and 1 Product Specialist to make sure that products are launched and managed efficiently, while guaranteeing the best quality possible.


What will I do?

As our Product Operations & Launch lead you ensure that we can expand quickly and successfully. You manage the process of globally launching (web & app) products in categories like call credit, gift cards and prepaid credit cards. It’s a large product portfolio with brands like Google, Apple, Netlfix, Paysafe and Playstation.

You work closely with our Product Team to add new suppliers and set up new API’s. You and your team play an important role when Out of Stocks and delivery issues occur.

You’re leading stakeholder alignment (sessions) about project progression and discussing priorities. You continuously improve planning and workflow to increase efficiency and focus within the teams and stakeholders. Evaluating deliverables to monitor quantity and improve quality.

Your new team will consist of hungry young professionals that are ready to make an impact on the business including your Director of Category & Buying, Category Lead, 2 Category Managers, 1 Global Expansion Lead, 3 Delivery Specialists, 1 Product Specialist and 2 Partner & Supplier Managers.
