Job requirements

Your contribution to our mission

As our SEA team lead, you will lead all developments to bring our setup to the next level of complexity, build automation and focus on improving performance cross the board.

In other words, you will build the right system and processes within the team and all other stakeholders so that we accelerate growth in a scalable setup.

You would take ownership of the full traffic acquisition coming from the SEA activity as well as taking ownership of major projects that would benefit the whole program.

We are currently in a phase of building automation and the right processes to scale faster while delivering outstanding performance. You would also take ownership of this part to deliver solid solutions that answer our main challenges for growth and efficiency.

You give your team the right focus, create a challenging and interesting environment as well as help your team members grow and thrive within the company.

You are a team player at all time and together with your team you share knowledge and data to help all stakeholders in this adventure!

You will work on things like

  • Planning, management and measurement of all paid search campaigns for all markets across different search engines and languages
  • Identify and act on high impact opportunities
  • Build our learnings library: Help the team organize and execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve growth and a maximum return on investment on paid search campaigns
  • Improve our monitoring and reporting systems of all markets considering different strategies and maturity levels
  • Build a great understanding of products & competition in all markets together with paid traffic activity
  • Understand and leverage competitor advertising strategies and plan appropriate responses
  • Own budget and forecast of your activity
  • Take ownership of key areas around data, reporting and automation, helping shape the next level of complexity
  • Review and design new optimization processes – implement them within the team
  • Help the team grow sharing your experience – participate in educating various stakeholders on our activity
  • Enhance the use of our tools to maximize their benefits
  • Develop collaboration with other teams in the company
  • Develop outstanding relationship with various stakeholders and external partners
  • Structure the plan of growth of each team member and implement the follow up structure

We are looking for someone with

For us to be successful, we are looking for someone who is strategical, analytical and creative with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills. You are results-driven and have strong problem-solving capabilities. With your data-driven mindset and social skills you can translate data into understandable information.

  • Min. 7 years experience within PPC in complex environment
  • Min. 2 years leading a team with proven track record of excellent results
  • Master bidding tools and all bidding strategies
  • Proven experience of campaign automation through concrete implementations
  • Proven experience with feed-based campaigns
  • Long term vision for “building the right thing” ; ability to elaborate projects, specs, and discuss with tech teams
  • Love for numbers, an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to any task performed. You challenge the status quo, come up with new hypotheses, make plans to test them.
  • Open minded & love for change to embrace new ideas, new ways of working, new cultures in our awesome international workspace
  • Great accountability & ownership that enables you to go the extra mile to solve any PPC-related matter
  • Ability to manage all stakeholders & expectations
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written

You will succeed in this role if you can contribute to automate and grow large paid search accounts to deliver high growth in customer acquisition, while focusing on campaign efficiency. You would also lead the way in building the next level of complexity when it comes to data, reporting and automation of all kinds.

This role requires someone who is expert in the field, eager to learn and build on her next step in a fast-paced startup environment, leading in her area and taking ownership of all aspects of the SEA components.
