The Role 💡

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Business Controller who can combine analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. As our Sr. Business Controller you will have a lead role in driving the performance of together with the Director of Business Control. 

As we are a scale-up company we are focussed on continuing our accelerated growth trajectory, but in parallel, we constantly need to improve our way of working to ensure scalability and bottom-line performance. 

This role will be pivotal to achieve that. You will work closely with your colleagues in Business Control and Accounting, our CFO and the colleagues of the commercial/operational teams.

What will I do? 🤔

  • Drive and challenge the performance on all key elements of our Operating Model, focusing on growing our topline and securing improvement of the company’s Unit Economics

  • Take actionable insights to the business to ensure we deliver our goals

  • Participate in projects related to new initiatives and business development

  • Develop and implement improved processes and way of working

What You Have 💪🏻

  • 8-10 years of working experience in a controlling role

  • Data- and business savviness

  • Ability to translate complex topics into simple insights and actions

  • Highly proactive personality with a result- and solution oriented attitude fitting our fast-paced dynamic environment

  • Developed leadership capabilities in previous roles

  • Curiosity! An open mind and interest for change to help drive new ideas, to understand new cultures, challenges key stakeholders and to implement opportunities

  • Drive to learn and develop further

  • A master degree in Business Administration, Economics
