The Role

We’re looking for a talented CRO specialist to join our CRO Team reporting to our CLM and CRO Lead Jan Willem BoersmaDo you like to generate insights and hypotheses based on research and data? Can you turn your hypothesis into conversion boosting A/B tests? Do you have what it takes to work in an international Amsterdam based scale -up company where we shape the future of buying and exchanging digital credit? You will work closely with product owners, (web)analysts, content specialists, digital marketeers and UX designers, challenge our product and tech roadmap from a conversion perspective and actively advocate CRO and a customer journey mindset within

Job requirements

What will I do?

As a Senior CRO Specialist, you love to improve our customer journey for both web and app. You will actively optimize customer journeys across all of our labels worldwide and together with other team members pro-actively own, run and improve our experiment roadmap.

You will also initiate hypothesis-driven A/B tests to increase the conversion rate of our platforms and make significant test results actionable for our development teams.

Your new team

Your new team will consist of hungry young professionals that are ready to make an impact on the business that is divided into two parts, CLM (6 Fte and 1 Freelancer) and CRO (1 Fte).

What you have:

  • At least 4 years experience in running experiments in a high traffic e-commerce environment
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of tools as VWO, Hotjar, GA360, BlueConic and Usabilla
  • Sufficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • A strong analytical and problem solving mindset and a passion for customer experience
  • The ability to find data driven opportunities to increase conversion
  • A strong sense of responsibility for the work you do and the KPI’s you own
  • A drive to make things better, to make a difference
  • A hunger for new market trends and the latest updates in CRO
