The Roleđź’ˇ

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Product Researcher to join our growing team in Lisbon or Amsterdam.

Job requirements

What will I do? 🤔

  • Establish the role of Product Research at Recharge. Play a key role in driving our organisation and culture into being product-led and customer driven

  • Introduce a standardised way of user testing across all product teams (4+) at Recharge ranging from sourcing, qualifying, scheduling & results

  • Lead and conduct qualitative research – being creative with in-person and online methods to promote whole-team learning, leading clear and confident analysis of qualitative data into powerful storytelling across Recharge

  • Combine qualitative and quantitative research where appropriate to maximise impact of insights through collaborating with BI teams

  • Ensuring that insights are widely shared and accessible to the business, and encouraging dialogue across teams and offices to improve the customer experience. Be comfortable, and confident, leading a presentation to Directors and C-Suite when necessary

  • Supporting others with research – consulting with designers, product managers, and brand managers on using existing insights in products

  • Taking ownership of research impact – following up on findings and supporting prioritisation of future initiatives across the company

  • Enable as many people across Product and Technology to access customers of different segments and to ensure high quality interviews and insights are derived

  • Partner with Product Management to enable assumption testing of product and commercial initiatives

  • Mentor product designers customer research best practices


What you have 💪🏻

  • 4-6 years in the role of a UX or product researcher

  • Have built user testing processes across multiple product teams

  • Strong ability to synthesis customer insights for audiences of different levels

  • Fluent with modern product discovery techniques

  • Fluent conducting user research across multiple languages and cultures

  • Engaging and creative storytelling powers backed up through insights both qualitative and quantitative

  • Very strong bonus if fluent in German
