The role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Tech Recruiter to join our great HR team, reporting to HR Director Janneke Bastiaansen and partnering with our Tech Department to manage the end-to-end recruitment for all Tech jobs at Recharge.

In a fast-growing scale up like ours, recruitment is key — it fuels our growth and has the biggest impact on our success. That’s why we’re after a talented go-getter to help us find the best Tech talent around the world, engaging with the most highly-skilled candidates and bringing them onboard the Recharge adventure.

You will be responsible for the entire candidate experience and elevating our hiring practices to bring them to the next level, alongside developing lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. We’re looking for someone passionate who always gets the job done — with a smile! This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Tech recruitment strategy in a close-knit and driven HR team with plenty of room for growth and development. Job requirements

What will I do?

As a Tech recruiter, you’ll thrive on — you guessed it — recruitment. You are passionate about delivering a great and personal candidate experience for every candidate and partnering closely with Tech leaders to align on the recruitment strategy, market mapping and resource planning.

You will source, screen, interview and close candidates for roles within our Tech teams — owning the full end-to-end recruitment process. You are also excellent at communicating effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders, and coach hiring managers and interviewing teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview process. 

You’re proud of your work, but you love feedback because it helps you grow your skills. Your favorite part of the job is showcasing to the world — and getting to be creative while doing so! 

Your new team

Your new team will consist of hungry young professionals that are ready to make an impact on the business which is divided into three parts, HR admin / Payrolling & benefits (1 Fte), Recruitment (2 Fte), and the Office team (3 Fte) that take care of our colleagues during their day to day adventures.

What you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years end-to-end recruiting experience within fast-growing Tech organizations

  • Experience in agency and in-house end to end recruitment

  • Advanced sourcing skills and successful track record of negotiating and closing Tech roles across every level

  • Proven ability to secure the best talent and build a diverse pipeline through effective sourcing strategies

  • Ability to adapt easily to changing priorities, collaborate with several teams, and optimize your own time

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Lots of energy and humor! You are passionate and driven by your own enthusiasm

The process

2. Phone interview: One of our recruiters will get in touch to help you both understand if Recharge is the right next move for you.

3. First interview: You’ll meet with your future line manager (either in person or online) and someone from HR to talk about you, our culture, and whether you're a fit for the job.

4. Assignment & Second interview: Some roles involve a case study. Great! It’s your chance to shine and show us you have what it takes. You’ll present your case study to the Hiring Manager and someone from the team

5. Third Interview: You’ll meet with a key member of the management team
