We are looking for someone pretty special. You will join our People & Culture team and work on a variety of roles from Junior to Senior level, tech and non-tech and you'll lead recruitment as well as our employer branding efforts.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process, from candidate sourcing to making job offers. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build and maintain high-performing teams, understand talent needs, develop, and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and ensure a seamless and unique candidate experience and yu will become part of the People and Culture team and report into the Recruitment Lead.
What will I do? 🤔
Searching, engaging, attract high quality passive candidates with all ranges of seniority via multiple channels (on and offline e.g. LinkedIn, X-ray searching, social media etc) and conducting interviews
Providing input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
Maintaining a solid level of industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance talent acquisition strategies
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
Utilise data-driven insights and making data-driven decisions to improve talent acquisition strategies and constantly optimise the hiring process
Making sure candidates experience a personalised & unique approach
What will you bring 💪🏻
Have minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment in a fast-paced and tech-driven environment
Have solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods, sourcing techniques (e.g. Linkedin, X-ray searching)
Thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment which is moving fast and constantly changing and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers as this role requires close cross-collaboration with various departments
Have a keen sense of ownership, a flexible and proactive attitude, a 'get it done' attitude and a continuously improving mindset
Are result-oriented and data-driven to continuously improve hiring efforts
