The role

We’re on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to join our HR team! In a fast-growing scaleup like ours, recruitment is key — it fuels our growth and has the biggest impact on our success. That’s why we’re after a Talent Sourcer to manage that super crucial first stage of our recruiting process at Recharge. We’re looking for someone passionate who always gets the job done — with a smile!


As a Sourcer in our HR team, you will use different channels to look for potential candidates, contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. You’ll be responsible for finding, targeting and creatively approaching only the most amazing talent for our commercial and tech roles, partnering with our Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop strategies for engaging talent all across the world.


You’ll also be responsible for working creatively with the rest of our awesome HR team on a mixture of short and long term projects aimed at increasing the quality of hire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a close-knit and driven team with plenty of room for growth and development. We’re building our next chapter and we want you to play a major role in this!

Job requirements

What you have

  • Have 2+ years of experience in sourcing talent with the ability to effectively screen and assess candidates

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. Linkedin, X-ray searching) and HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

  • Experience in a fintech fast paced working environment is very well appreciated

  • You are curious and active in online communities and social networks and are quickly able to discover where the best talent is hiding

  • A real communicator and strong in building relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers

  • You have the ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time

  • You have a flexible and proactive attitude with a love for change, that is in our DNA

  • Bachelor or Master degree in the field of HR, Marketing & Communications, Psychology or related is a plus


What you will do

  • Search, engage and interact with high quality candidates with all ranges of seniority via multiple channels (on and offline e.g. LinkedIn, X-ray searching, social media)

  • Making use of your creativity in order to generate influx with high quality candidates within our domain

  • Making sure candidates experience a personalized & unique approach

  • Promote our employer brand online and offline!

  • Partnering up with the Recruiters to align on current and future recruitment demand

  • Plan and coordinate with Recruiter and Hiring Managers to determine position requirements

  • Craft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates

  • Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired

  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
