We are looking for a new supper organised Traffic Manager to join our Brand, Campaign & Comms team reporting to our Director of Brand and Communications, Ross Cumming.


The Role

  • Manage the overall pipeline, team schedules and daily operations including balancing both studio, localisation and campaign projects simultaneously

  • Support for daily operations and ensuring deadlines are being met

  • Re-prioritising and troubleshooting where needed

  • Consistent and great communication with internal teams

  • Close collaboration with and reporting to the team leads

  • Oversight of tracking systems: asset tracking, contact sheets & more

  • Manages all asset management via Frontify

  • Deliver results that meet and exceed expectations

  • Oversight of resource planning alongside team leads and department director.

Daily Tools: Jira, Google Workplace, Slack, Frontify

Job requirements

What you have

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Studio Planner, Traffic Manager or Content Specialist preferably at a creative agency or fast-growing scaleup.

  • Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills

  • Experience managing creative and campaign teams across multiple deliverables simultaneously

  • Experience handling creative assets across a variety of mediums (video, audio, graphic assets, animation, GIFs).

  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and improve workflows

  • Familiarity with file formats and asset management systems (GDrive & Frontify)

  • Familiarity with project management software (Asana and Jira)

  • Experience in supporting production by tracking freelancer budgets

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to cope with a fast-paced and pressured workplace
