Our recent capital injection of €22 million by tech investor Prime Ventures, is mainly used for accelerating international expansion, amongst others in the USA. We have a dedicated team focused at launching our proposition in new markets, for that team we are looking for the right person to lead and own the US country's performance, reporting to our Director of Online marketing & New Market growth.
Your objective is to create significant growth in the US in all categories, being Call credit focusing on our cross-border support proposition for all US immigrant communities, our newly launched Entertainment and Gaming products, or leveraging our multi-category app or launching new products.
With a great commercial plan, an entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for business opportunities to grow.
Understanding the market, our consumers, keeping an eye on our competitors, you will define the plan and lead the path to success in the US.
What you have
At least 5 years experience in high-volume B2C business development function with online sales focus or top-tier strategy consulting
Deep understanding of online marketing and how to create growth through a defined channel mix
Proven track record in growing international ecommerce businesses
Strategic thinker combined with pragmatic, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset. And easy to switch between both.
Deep knowledge of the US market & consumers
Great understanding of the ecommerce levers and dynamics
Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
Deep analytical skills to understand the financial dynamics of a market, build plans and steer the focus of our marketing efforts from data analysis first
Strong communication and project management skills
Commercially smart, ability to combine strategy with local commercial tactics

Develop smart commercial activities to grow our business in USA
Full responsibility of USA budget
Daily execution and follow up of initiatives with various stakeholders being our Assortment team, Launch team, Online marketing, Brand&Content, Payment & Fraud, Tech, BI
Localise our proposition in such a way it meets the local needs of the market.
Run local initiatives that will help achieve your targets
Introducing new propositions or categories in your markets.
Build and improve the collaboration models with the main stakeholders in the organization
Build a library of Commercial learnings the organization will benefit from
Improve our reporting capabilities together with the BI team
Contribute to structure our organization to the next level
